Mathura Pedha
Sweet milk based prasad served in temples at Mathura

Ingredients
- 200 grams Khava (unsweetened)
- 1 cup sugar, powdered
- 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 2 teaspoons Ghee
- 3 tablespoons Milk
Instructions
- Mix sugar with crumbled khava.
- Ghee roast khava mixture till golden brown. Add ghee or milk while roasting.
- Add cardamom powder. Mix well. Once cool, make flat rolls - pedas.
- Store Mathura pedhas in refrigerators.
