Quick and easy to make cauliflower fritters that can be served as a snack.
- 1/2 a medium sized Cauliflower
- Salt to taste
- Mustard oil/refined oil
- 1 tablespoon Besan / gram flour
- Boil cauliflower florets with a pinch of salt. Keep aside.
- Make besan batter by adding water and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan, dip the cauliflower florets into the besan mix and fry them until golden brown.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve Phulkobir Bor hot.
