Warm chenna kneaded with sugar and turned into sweet balls
- 1 liter Milk
- 1 Lemon
- 6 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Pistachios, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
- Curdle boiled milk with lemon juice. Sieve out whey.
- Knead the cheena with cardamom powder. Mash well for around 5 minutes into smooth dough.
- Roll into small balls. Decorate with pistachios. Serve Kanchagolla cold.
