Bhappa Doi

A steamed milk curd preparation served as dessert


  • 400 grams Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Thick Milk
  • 1 cup Hung Curd / chakka
  • 2 teaspoons pistachio, chopped for ganishing


  1. Blend chakka, condensed milk and milk in mixer till smooth.
  2. Place in small dishes and steam in pressure cooker for 20 -30 minutes.
  3. Remove when slightly golden and firm to touch. Allow to cool and refrigerate.
  4. Garnish with pistachios.
