Besan Ke Laddu

Besan ke laddu is a tasty dessert made with gram flour, ghee, sugar and cardamom. It is a simple recipe that doesn’t take much time to prepare.


  • 1 cup Besan/gram flour
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Ghee
  • 1/2 cup Crushed nuts
  • Almonds, thinly sliced for garnishing


  1. Heat ghee. Roast besan on low flame till it changes colour and ghee separates.
  2. Add crushed nuts and sugar. Mix well. Allow to cool and roll into balls / ladoo.
  3. Garnish with sliced almonds. Store Besan ke laddu in an air tight jar.
