Besan ke laddu is a tasty dessert made with gram flour, ghee, sugar and cardamom. It is a simple recipe that doesn’t take much time to prepare.

- 1 cup Besan/gram flour
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 cup Ghee
- 1/2 cup Crushed nuts
- Almonds, thinly sliced for garnishing
- Heat ghee. Roast besan on low flame till it changes colour and ghee separates.
- Add crushed nuts and sugar. Mix well. Allow to cool and roll into balls / ladoo.
- Garnish with sliced almonds. Store Besan ke laddu in an air tight jar.
