Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon fenugreek seeds / methi / मेथी दाना
- 1 tablespoon nigella seed/ kala jeera / मंग्रैल / कलौंजी
- 1 tablespoon cumin seed / जीरा
- 1 tablespoon black mustard seed / राई
- 1 tablespoon fennel seed / सौंफ़
Instructions
- Mix spice seeds in equal proportion and store for future use.
