Spicy tomato chutney from Tripura

Ingredients
- 2 Tomatoes, chopped
- 2 teaspoons Oil
- 2 Onion,finely chopped
- Garlic- pods, finely chopped
- 3 teaspoons Red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves- a handful
Instructions
- Mix chili powder in 1/4 cup of water. Keep aside.
- Heat oil. Fry onion and garlic till light brown.
- Add chili powder paste. Cook till paste thickens. Add tomatoes and cook till mushy.
- Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve Mosdeng Serma along with rice.
