Lushke
Lushke is a traditional Himachali dish. Similar to pancake, it is made with wheat flour, rice flour and baking soda.

Ingredients
- Wheat flour
- Rice flour
- A pinch Baking soda
- Water
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients to form a flowing batter.
- Heat a flat tawa, pour a ladle of batter and spread evenly.
- Cook the pancakes on both sides.
- Serve Lushke hot.
