Chaat is popular street food. This variation of chaat includes tangy curd and tamarind blended with creamy potatoes and makhana blended with spices.
- 1 cup curd, blended
- 1 cup potatoes, mashed
- 1 teaspoon green coriander chutney
- 1 teaspoon tamarind chutney
- Cumin seed powder
- Red chilli powder
- Mix potatoes and curd well.
- Add all chutneys and spice powders
- Add makhana and mix well. Adjust taste with salt.
- Garnish with coriander leaves / sev. Enjoy Dahi makhana chaat
