Dahi Makhana Chaat

Chaat is popular street food. This variation of chaat includes tangy curd and tamarind blended with creamy potatoes and makhana blended with spices.


  • 1 cup curd, blended
  • 1 cup potatoes, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon green coriander chutney
  • 1 teaspoon tamarind chutney
  • Salt
  • Cumin seed powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Makhana


  1. Mix potatoes and curd well.
  2. Add all chutneys and spice powders
  3. Add makhana and mix well. Adjust taste with salt.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves / sev. Enjoy Dahi makhana chaat
