Dahi Chura

Flattened rice mixed with curd and topped with fruits served as snack or breakfast in Bihar.


  • 1 cup Flattened Rice / Poha / Chura, thin variety
  • 2 cups Yogurt / dahi
  • 1 cup fresh fruits
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • Jaggery, grated


  1. Wash the poha with water. Drain and soak in tbsp. of milk till soft.
  2. Whisk yogurt along with jaggery. Add poha. mix well.
  3. Place in serving bowl. Garnish with fresh fruit. Serve Dahi Chura fresh.
