Bhavri ka namak is used in various dishes from himachal to add distinct flavor of basil. It is also used as fruit salad.

- 1/2 cup salt
- Grind basil and salt together.
- Dry roast or bake this salt to increase the shelf life.
- Store in a sealed container.
