Daaber Ghol

Lassi made using tender coconut in West Bengal


  • 1 Daab / tender coconut, water and semi solid inner
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups curd, sour
  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt
  • Lemon juice, as per taste
  • 4 mint leaves


  1. Blend coconut and sugar to smooth paste. .
  2. Mix with curd, coconut water and mint leaves. Grind.
  3. Adjust taste with salt, sugar and lemon juice.
  4. Garnish and serve Daaber Ghol.
