Ukadem Xitt

Goan par boiled rice


  • 3 cups Goan red rice / ukadem tandul, washed and soaked for 30 minutes
  • 2 teaspoons Salt


  1. Boil 3 litres water. Add rice and salt. Stir.
  2. Cook till grains are cooked. Drain and serve hot boiled Ukadem Xitt with curry.
