Sweetened coconut balls especially made for Rongali Bihu festival
- 2 cups dessicated coconut
- 1 1/2 cups Sweetened Condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons cardamom powder
- Dry roast coconut till slightly coloured.
- Mix cardamom powder and condensed milk. Keep stirring continuously till mixture is thick and lump free.
- Allow to cool and make equal sized balls.
- Serve Narikolor laru to your guests!
