Narikolor laru

Sweetened coconut balls especially made for Rongali Bihu festival

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dessicated coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups Sweetened Condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. Dry roast coconut till slightly coloured.
  2. Mix cardamom powder and condensed milk. Keep stirring continuously till mixture is thick and lump free.
  3. Allow to cool and make equal sized balls.
  4. Serve Narikolor laru to your guests!
