Nachni chi ambil

Drink made from nachni flour used as coolant from the summer heat.


  • 1 cup nachni
  • 2 cups tak / butter milk
  • 3 mirhi, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon jeera
  • Salt


  1. Add 2-3 cup water slowly to nachni.
  2. Add other ingredients and mix well with hand to avoid lumps.
  3. Heat and bring to boil. As nachini thickens, add more water to obtain flowy texture.
  4. Add curd and salt to adjust taste.
