Manjal Milagu Paal

Goodness of raw turmeric and peppercorn to boost your immunity in this golden milk – Manjal Milagu paal


  • 1 1/2 teaspoons grated fresh raw turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • 2 green cardamom
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey


  1. Ground peppercorns and cardamom to coarse powder.
  2. Bring milk to boil and add grated fresh turmeric.
  3. Add ground peppercorn and cardamom. Mix and simmer for few minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, allow to cool a little and add honey.
  5. Serve Manjal Milagu paal hot
