Goodness of raw turmeric and peppercorn to boost your immunity in this golden milk – Manjal Milagu paal
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grated fresh raw turmeric
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 2 green cardamom
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Ground peppercorns and cardamom to coarse powder.
- Bring milk to boil and add grated fresh turmeric.
- Add ground peppercorn and cardamom. Mix and simmer for few minutes.
- Remove from heat, allow to cool a little and add honey.
- Serve Manjal Milagu paal hot
