Chire Doi Aam

Rice flakes yoghurt porridge with mango and cardamom and nuts.


  • 2 cups Poha
  • 1 cup Yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup Mango Pulp (or chopped mangoes)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  • 1/4 cup Almonds, cashewnuts and pistachios
  • Sugar to taste


  1. Soak poha in water for about 5 minutes. Drain.
  2. Mix with yogurt, mango pulp, cardamom powder, nuts and sugar.
  3. Serve Chire Doi Aam
