Spicy and tangy juice of grilled raw mangoes
- 2 Raw mango
- 1 pinch Black Salt / Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Roasted crushed cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon Roasted crushed dry red chilli
- Grill raw mangoes till fully cooked. Place it in water and allow to cool.
- Peel, deseed and remove pulp. Blend mango pulp with sugar, salt, cumin, chillies and water.
- Serve Aam Jhor chilled.
