Soft buckwheat flour pancake / bread


  • Buckwheat flour
  • Pul / soda
  • butter


  1. Make batter from buckwheat flour and ferment overnight
  2. Add water so that it can be spread on tava
  3. Spread spoonful of batter on moderately heated tava.
  4. Cook on both sides and serve hot
