Dessert from roasted semolina, coconut and nuts
- 1 1/4 cups rava / semolina
- 1/4 cup ghee
- 1/4 cup coconut (optional)
- 3 green cardamoms / elaichi
- 3/4 cup sugar
- raisins and cashew nuts as needed
- Roast rava and coconut seperately. Keep aside.
- Powder sugar along with cardamoms.
- Add rava and powder together.
- Roast nuts and rasins in gheet.
- Blend all mixture. Add ghee and mix.
- Take small portions of the mix and roll to balls to Rava ladoo.
