Beaten rice cooked with jaggery
- 3/4 cup thin poha, roasted
- 1 tablespoon jaggery, grated
- 1/2 cup Coconut, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/2 banana, slices
- Mix coconut, jaggery, cardamom powder and salt. Mash well.
- Add poha and banana slices. Serve Godaso Poha as breakfast / snack.
