Traditional Ladakhi dish from wheat flour in vegetable broth


  • Wheat flour
  • Local Vegetables
  • Sweet peas
  • tomato
  • Potatoes
  • Saffron


  1. Kneel the dough in water.
  2. Make small pasta shaped pieces of dough with thumb
  3. Sautee diced tomato, potatoes, onions, vegetables and spices. Add water to prepare vegetable broth
