Ericha Kuzhambu

Ericha Kuzhambu is a delicious thick gravy prepared with leftover curries like rasam, sambar etc. This dish has a unique taste and goes well with plain rice, curd rice, dosa and idlis.


  • Leftover Kariamudhu (roast, curry/poriyal), kootu, sambar/kuzhambu, thogayal and rasam
  • Oil - one /two ladles or more depending on the leftovers


  1. Heat a generous quantity of oil in a kadai and add all the items, mix everything and allow it to boil on medium flame until thick.
