Tibetian Hot Sauce made from red chilly and pepper


  • 1 cup Red Chilly, soaked in water overnight
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 4 Garlic, cloves
  • 1 Ginger, small piece
  • 1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
  • Salt-to taste


  1. Grind all ingredients into coarse paste. Use chilly soaked water if required.
