Maesh Crari

Maesh crari, also known as Kalyadi is a milk product rich in proteins, carbohydrates and fats. It can be fried and eaten as a snack or with rice.


  • Maesh Crari
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3 tablespoons equal quantity of mixture of salt, red chilli powder and black pepper


  1. Heat oil and add small pieces of maesh crari. Let it melt and spread in the pan.
  2. Sprinkle the mixture of salt, black pepper and mirchi powder on the maesh crari.
  3. Flip it and fry till golden brown.
  4. Enjoy Maesh Crari as a snack.
