Kele ka mitha

Kele ka raita is a yogurt based dish with bananas, sugar and spices. It goes well with pulao or biryani.

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas, cut into slices
  • 1/2 teaspoon White cardamom powder
  • 100 grams Sugar
  • 250 grams Curd, beaten till smooth
  • 1 pinch Chironji

Instructions

  1. Mix curd, sugar, chironji and cardamom powder.
  2. Add sliced bananas, mix well and refrigerate.
  3. Serve Kele ka mitha with pulao or biryani
