Kele ka raita is a yogurt based dish with bananas, sugar and spices. It goes well with pulao or biryani.
- 2 Bananas, cut into slices
- 1/2 teaspoon White cardamom powder
- 100 grams Sugar
- 250 grams Curd, beaten till smooth
- 1 pinch Chironji
- Mix curd, sugar, chironji and cardamom powder.
- Add sliced bananas, mix well and refrigerate.
- Serve Kele ka mitha with pulao or biryani
