Black sesame seeds candied in sugarcane juice. Kangsubi or thoiding/sesame kabok is made from sugarcane molasses and puffed sesame seeds.
- 1 1/2 litres Sugarcane juice
- 300 grams Black sesame seeds, toasted
- Boil sugarcane juice until it becomes molasses.
- Turn off the stove and add sesame seeds. Mix thoroughly.
- Shape the mixture into squares while it is still hot.
- Enjoy Kangsubi as a snack.
