Fresh Pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves blended into sweet and tangy chutney
- 1/2 cup fresh Pomegranate seeds
- 3/4 cup Fresh coriander leaves
- 5 Mint leaves
- 4 Green chillies
- 1 teaspoon roasted Cumin seeds
- 2 black pepper corns
- 1 inch piece of Ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon Black salt
- Salt as per taste
- Grind all ingredients to smooth paste. Adjust taste with salt and sugar.
- Refrigerate Dhaarun Ji chutney.
